Policies

General

-Anyone wishing to enter the con space must be registered and display their badge visibly. Con-space includes, but is not limited to, areas such as the Dealer’s Room, panel rooms, and programming areas.

Badge Pick Up -

-Badges will be distributed at the convention and are unavailable beforehand. Each badge will be issued solely to its registered owner; individuals cannot pick up badges for others.

-You may choose any name that is family-friendly and of reasonable length (as determined by the Registration staff). Names with special characters or inappropriate content will not be accepted and will be replaced with your legal name.

-You must present a valid ID and the proof of purchase email to claim your badge.

Lost Badge Policy -

-If an attendee loses or misplaces their badge at the convention, a replacement badge can be replaced at the badge pick-up table. Attendees must bring their ID or proof of purchase for a replacement badge to be issued.

Alcohol and Controlled Substances Policy:

-Attendees are prohibited from consuming or carrying outside alcoholic beverages or controlled substances on the convention grounds.
