As of October 7, 2024, we are pleased to inform attendees that the Gateway Hotel, our venue for Anime Ames, is equipped with wheelchair-accessible ramps for those in need. All rooms also feature wide doorways to accommodate standard wheelchairs (36 inches). While our hallways are somewhat narrow due to the small nature of our convention, all event spaces are fortunately located on the ground level! Additionally, our main stage and non-panel rooms will be equipped with microphones and sound systems to assist guests with hearing differences. If you require hearing-assisted technology or any other specific accommodations, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
